About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in transportation planning, execution, freight costing, and settlement processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP TM solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient logistics solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions.

Configure and support SAP TM processes including:
- Transportation Planning
- Freight Order Management
- Freight Costing & Settlement
- Carrier Selection & Tendering
- Transportation Execution

Work on SAP TM integration with:
- SAP EWM
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP FI/CO

Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements using:
- BOPF
- BRF+
- PPF
- Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, training materials, and user documentation.
- Participate in Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3–6 years of hands-on SAP TM functional consulting experience (Standalone or Embedded TM).
- Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in SAP TM configuration and support.
- Knowledge of SAP TM integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
- Exposure to BOPF, BRF+, and PPF frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP TM Certification.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
