Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), integrations, and JavaScript scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and developing custom scripts and workflows to support business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM applications and workflows.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure platform performance.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
