Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
Should have prior working experience in S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
Ability to conduct workshops and requirement gathering
Drive detailed design discussions
Exposure to S/4HANA solution roadmap, Best Practices and Industry knowledge
Individual should have min 2 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
Individual would be required to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents
Individual need to have strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA - Material Management and Procurement Domain & Simplification List
Strong knowledge in Procurement Business scenarios and Processes across different industries and domains.
Preparation of related Configuration documents.
Exposure to Indirect procurement tools like Ariba and Coupa .
Work and collaborate with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution
Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, and staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Graduation/Post Graduation
SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Public Cloud certification is mandatory.
7-10 years of SAP MM Consulting experience.
Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP MM, Source to Pay, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) - Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
Should have prior experience of team handling (10-15 FTE)
Should have end-to-end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects.
Should have good mentoring and coaching skills.
In Depth Configuration Knowledge on MM Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Procurement Process and Inventory Management
In Depth Knowledge on Logistics Invoice Verification and Automatic Account Determination Process
Should have experience on PO Pricing Procedure and Inter/Intra Company pricing procedures
Should have experience on Special Procurement processes such as Sub-Contract, Third party, Consignment processes
Should be having experience on Batch Determination process in Inbound and Outbound Logistics
Should be able to work on integration aspects such as SD,PP,QM,PM and Ariba
Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements
Should be able to prepare test case documents, test plan and Data Migration activities using either LSMW or SAP S/4 LTMC/Data Migration Cockpit
Should have knowledge of Fiori Apps, should have knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4
Ability to work independently in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through design and maintenance of activities in the procure to pay process.
Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Should have the ability to contribute to pre-sales activities of RFP including but not limited to scoping, demo preparation, estimations and staffing plan proposal.
Ability to stretch and learn new Technologies/processes whenever necessary
