Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes, systems, and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and contribute to various talent acquisition projects from conception to execution, managing timelines and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with regional talent teams and the People Systems team to optimize recruitment workflows and technology resources.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.
  • Leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

Skills Required

  • Technologically adept and able to grasp system changes quickly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with varied teams
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track progress. Experience with any Project Management tools is needed.
  • High attention to detail
  • Responsive and proactive in managing tasks and addressing stakeholder needs
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Resourceful
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
  • Good Excel skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degreepreferable
