As a Senior Compass Developer, you will play a vital role in our team, driving the development and configuration of insurance policy masters within the Compass platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our applications, modules, and workflows, ensuring they meet the highest standards. With a strong background in Oracle-based applications, including Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our systems.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Compass development, configuration, and application enhancement.
• Expertise in Oracle-based applications, including Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, is essential.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with API development and integration, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing applications for performance and reliability.
