• Salesforce Business Analyst with finance and lease management experience.

• Experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• The role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions supporting Captive Finance operations within the heavy trucking industry, including Sales, Service, and Financial Services processes.

• The analyst will play a key role in requirements management, solution design support, and end-to-end testing coordination.

• The role requires practical understanding of commercial finance, leasing, loan origination, dealer / customer relationships, account and opportunity lifecycle, quoting, pricing, contract data, service requests, and integrations with core finance platforms
