We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and demonstrating the value of cloud-based business software solutions. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, conducting product demonstrations, and helping businesses improve their operations through technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle-from lead generation and prospect engagement to product presentations, negotiations, and deal closure. You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers across industries, understanding their operational challenges and recommending software solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, digital leads, and networking activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer business requirements.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable software solutions to address operational and business challenges.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-ups, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful customer adoption.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Gather customer feedback and share market insights to support product improvements and business strategy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, software sales, solution selling, or technology-driven business development roles.
  • Strong ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and communicate business value effectively.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored software solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with business software solutions such as billing systems, business management platforms, ERP, HRMS, hospitality, retail, or similar SaaS products is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
