Architecture Design and Development:
Develop customized network architectures to meet the specific needs of remote site's industrial operations (ROBO, EDGE, Primary Production). Ensure data flow optimization and system resilience through appropriate design. Integration and Coordination:
Ensure the smooth integration of OT systems with IT infrastructures, working closely with the teams involved. Coordinate change between systems, security, and customer teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Lead the migrations (new deployment, refresh, change,..) of OT Products managing the MSP activities Resource Management:
Along with the OT Service Delivery, manage the MSSP resources responsible for configuring and setting up equipment, providing technical expertise to guide them in their work. Develop training plans to ensure adequate understanding of the systems. Maintenance and Support:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of systems deployed across more than 350 sites. Proactively propose optimization solutions and resolve technical issues Security:
Implement robust security policies to protect OT systems from cyber threats. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with current security standards. Standardization and Deployment:
Develop and standardize deployment processes for industrial services, ensuring consistency and quality of installation. Oversee infrastructure deployment while staying on schedule and within budget. Documentation and Training:
Write and maintain detailed technical documentation of architectures and procedures. Train operational teams and communicate with on-site contacts, who are often unfamiliar with IT/OT concepts.

Mandatory skills |
Technical skill: Excellent knowledge of network tools (switches, firewalls, proxies, routers) and Cisco, HPE, and Palo Alto technologies. Proficiency in SCADA, PLC, HMI, and industrial network systems (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.). Experience in managing network monitoring and analysis tools Analytical:
Ability to analyze complex data and solve critical problems in high-pressure environments. Collection of industrial site requirements and proposal of solutions from the Air Liquide catalog Knowledge for OT standards and reglementations. |
