Liaising between technical and business groups

Experience of Backlog grooming and prioritization
Participation in "as is” vs. "to be” and process mapping
Translate product vision into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and appropriately detailed user stories.
Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges
Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency, pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals
Liaise with business, design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog, shape and influence the direction of Sprints and Program Increments and enable timely delivery value-driven data solutions.
Enable product delivery, readiness and rollout by facilitating demos, managing communication/collaterals, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinating relevant training efforts.

Deep understanding of Capital Markets, Specifically in Wealth Management domain with experience in one or more of the following areas is a significant asset: Clearing & Custody, Trading, Investment, and Corporate Actions.

Desired skills*

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks. Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts. Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
