ENGNE - Enablon Support Engineer
Job Description:
Skillset/Responsibilities : 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in Enablon platform. Experience in production support and enhancement of various Health & Safety, Compliance, and Product/Process safety modules. Evaluating and implementing enhancements to the Enablon platform based on the user feedback and business requirements. Documenting solutions, workarounds and best practices for resolving common issues and inquiries. Participating in testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of Enablon software releases. Communicating effectively with users to provide updates on the status of reported issues and resolutions. Experience in Nabsic coding is a huge plus.
