Need a senior AWS resource.

Some of the job responsibilities will include –

1. Drive focus towards application reliability through
   1. Guiding team on analysis, RCA and fixes for application issues
   2. Improving observability through leveraging APM tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
2. Drive productivity improvements in Prod Support work
   1. Focus on identifying automation opportunities in Prod Support work for incident management, business support tasks etc.
   2. Implement and guide team in implementing automation solutions in Python, PowerShell etc.
3. AWS Implementation and Support
   1. Support/provide inputs to the Platform team in the application migration activities to AWS
   2. Ensure implementation of right tools/services on AWS during migration for in-depth observability and stability of the application in the cloud environment
   3. Continued optimizations / enhancements of the application post migration to AWS

Client interview is mandatory, and the resource needs to be hands on technical , should be able to lead the offshore team , manage client expectations.
