Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders (business teams, product owners, and customers) for lending products and systems.Process Analysis Understanding and documenting the entire lending lifecycle, from loan origination and underwriting to disbursement and collections, to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.Documentation Creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and system specifications for development and testing teams.Stakeholder Management Facilitating communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, product vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.Solution Design Support Providing domain expertise and supporting the design of solutions, including wireframes, and providing input on database and API integrations.Testing Coordination Working with testing teams, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.Technical Collaboration Liaising with developers and engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications, understanding API functionalities, and data flows.Key Skills and Qualifications Lending Domain Expertise Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, especially the loan lifecycle and relevant regulatory frameworks.Communication Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.Technical Skills Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and potentially tools for wireframing and UI design.Documentation Skills Proficiency in creating comprehensive and high-quality business analysis documents.
