• Set up and configure new trading partners in IBM Sterling Gateway and ensure secure and compliant data exchange configurations
• Analyze and understand existing file transfer configurations, Modify configurations with minimal risk and no disruption to ongoing operations. Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues promptly.
• Raise and track change requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Coordinate deployments and ensure proper documentation and approvals
