• Recommend proactive and innovative IT solutions for Linux server automation, monitoring, self-healing, and security compliance. Lead small to medium-sized projects, identifying and executing required tasks.
• Provide L2 support for Ansible deployments on Linux servers and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ansible deployments.
• Automate system administration tasks using Ansible and shell scripting.
• Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations using Ansible.
• Collaborate with L1 support and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
