Production support

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Software Engineer with expertise in SRE/Production Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with databases, and exposure to observability tools and cloud technologies. This role involves ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities: Provide SRE/Production Support for critical systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using UNIX/Shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
• Implement and manage observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and ELK for monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system scalability and reliability.
• Work with cloud technologies to deploy, monitor, and manage applications.
• Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data management.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address production incidents promptly.

Required Skills:

• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Database Expertise: Experience with any database technology (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB , Oracle).
• SRE/Production Support: Hands-on experience in supporting production environments.
• Observability Tools: Exposure to tools like Splunk, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• UNIX/Shell Scripting: Ability to write and debug shell scripts for automation.
