A seasoned automation specialist with deep expertise in Ansible , driving enterprise-scale transformation through intelligent orchestration and infrastructure as code. Adept at leading migrations from legacy platforms to Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), and modernizing playbooks for optimal performance and compliance.

• Architect and implement scalable automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Migrate legacy Ansible Tower workloads to AAP and refactor Ansible 2.9 code to current standards
• Develop and maintain playbooks, roles, and collections for configuration management and deployment
• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices across teams
• Troubleshoot performance, security, and compliance issues in automation workflows
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct training sessions on Ansible usage and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals
• Delivered governance models, documentation standards, and reusable roles for cross-team adoption
• Led hands-on workshops and mentoring initiatives to build automation maturity across teams

• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or automation engineering
• Expert proficiency Ansible, YAML, Jinja2 Python, Bash Git, Linux/Unix Docker, Kubernetes Azure AWS, GCP
• Red Hat Ansible Certified (preferred)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and version control (Git)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts
