• He/She should have all the Developer requirements.
• Good knowledge of Integrations (Good skill in troubleshooting) We do have lots of Software and Hardware integration hence its mandatory.
• Rest Message end to end knowledge (Configuration, Troubleshooting).
• Virtual Agent Design Configuration.
• Portal Widgets knowledge.
• Overall good skill in troubleshooting and debugging skills. Being in Support project we should have knowledge on overall ITSM and Integrations, CMDB integrations setup.
• Good communication skill as they will be the first point of contact with Clients, gathering requirements, Understanding the instance and should be in the position to suggest the best solutions.
• We look forward to a lead who can address the junior developers technically and support related questions as well. Hence it should be technically strong.

Should lead the client calls and provide the solutions (best practices) to the clients.
