Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8–10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
Strong experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Proficient in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
Skilled in ETL development, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
Familiar with orchestration tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
Experience in building analytics solutions and machine learning pipelines.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to work with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in Agile environments and delivering high-quality solutions.
