Your role
Are you a passionate Test engineer with a strong focus on delivery? Are you interested in working with Name and Media Screening, Client Risk Rating and Financial Crime Risk Assessment technologies? We're looking for someone like that to strengthen our engineering team and to:
- Test in-house built and vendor products the firm's AML KYC processes
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and testing functional requirements
- Contribute to drive continuous integration and improvements
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers and Product Owners in our agile engineering team
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues within the Crew and beyond, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Computer Science or Engineering academic background (bachelor or master degree)
- Experience working as a Test Engineer in a globally distributed team
- strong Test Automation skills
- strong Selenium skills
- experienced in UI Testing
- Good understanding of relational database and data analysis skills (PostGres / Oracle) - SQL
- Familiar with DevOps tools, such as GitHub, GitLab, Nexus, Ansible REX and monitoring tools like Netcool, File-Beats
- Hands on engineering experience in testing applications on MS Azure would be highly desirable
- excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with global teams
- strong analytical, problem-solving skills (you know how to figure things out)

- A flexible, resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward
- Able to multitask and work on different projects in parallel, accurate and focused on deliverables
- Keen to develop subject matter expertise on both in-house and vendor solutions
- Fluent in English
