Job HighlightsZscaler ZIA, ZPA is primary - must have worked in Zscaler for at least 3 yearsHaving 7 years of experience in Network security within depth and extensive practical knowledgeStrong experience in Zscaler and demonstrated with Implementation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Creation of policies, Modifying the existing policies through daily activities workZscaler TAC resource is preferredMust have key skillsZscaler and Network SecurityOther key skillsProxy, Checkpoint Firewall, FirewallJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities - Perform day to day Zscaler tasks like Allow block Urls, Allow block IPs, Browser Isolation and SSL BypassAble to analyze the web and firewall traffic in Zscaler consoleAbility to resolve network issues due to secure web gateway configurationChanging or configuring the traffic details in Client file configurationsHelping to review and clean up Zscaler policiesResolving issues with end users for Zscaler policies or any technical supportResponsible for managing ZCC endpoint devicesShould be able to perform Zscaler agent upgrade by following the defined change processConduct quarterly configuration review and implement recommendations in the secure gateway for SSL bypassShould be able to handle P1 and P2 issues seamlesslyAllowing vendor application details like URL and IP in the SIPA configurationsInvolve in daily meetings to discuss the status, progress and blockers etcCoordinate with vendor for follow-ups on issues and escalate if neededEnrolling into trainings for new learning or skills required for job if necessaryCollaborating and coordinating internally within team members for task distribution or handover and other activitiesResponsible to create lesson learned document for any new issues encountered
