Python Developer - Framework Design & Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with over 6 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, reusable, and robust Python frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming, software architecture, and hands-on experience building frameworks or libraries that support enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Python frameworks and reusable components.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to define framework architecture and design patterns.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and ensure high code quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate frameworks with CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and other DevOps tools.
• Document framework usage and provide developer support and training.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python and software engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience in framework or library development.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, modular architecture, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like pytest, unittest.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
