| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | 1. 7 to 13 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe (COBOL, DB2, JCL). 2. Independently handle requirement and impact analysis, design solutions, programming, testing, and deployment. 3. Collaborate with Client Tech Leads/Architects for requirement understanding, design, code walkthrough, and reviews. 4. Participate in daily Scrum calls, provide status, and highlight issues & impediments. 5. Proactive communication with Infosys and Client stakeholders. 6. Clear communication skills and proactive status reporting. 7. Willingness to work in 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST). 8. Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe Agile practices. 9. Work closely with onshore leads on sprint and release planning. |
