-Planning and executing the operation such as Major/Minor code upgrade, Faulty firewall replacement, migration from one firewall to another firewall. |
-Strategic planning to deal with complex problems to minimize the business impact. | |
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices for customers. | |
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner | |
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues | |
- Preparing detailed RCA documents for official submissions to customers | |
- Proficient understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) | |
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining security standards | |
- Good communication skills are mandatory | |
- Ensure Operational tickets are reviewed and resolved within given SLAs. | |
- Knowledge about change, Incident, Problem management (ITIL/ITSM Experience). | |
-Provide On-call technical support for network security- related issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to Next level engineer. | |
- Willing to work in flexible and varying shift times, including weekends and evenings | |
