Min 8 - 10 years of experience as an Automation engineer in the infrastructure area
Design and develop automation solutions for processes, systems, and equipment.
Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and reduce manual intervention.
Test and validate automation solutions for performance, reliability, and safety compliance.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Automated and deployed observability/monitoring tools to optimize observability and telemetry platforms focused on
real-time performance monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, and Opentelemetry.
Experience on working with ServiceNow to build end-to-end automation workflows
Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in debugging and troubleshooting systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Develop and implement automation scripts and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration.
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, firewalls, load balancing).
