Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Develop and implement scalable data migration strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legacy data and SuccessFactors data models
Design mapping documents, transformation logic, and migration templates
Execute ETL processes using SAP and third-party tools
Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Support mock migrations, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementations
Proven experience in data migration for Employee Central, Time, and at least one other module
Strong knowledge of HR data structures and business processes
Experience performing data migration using templates for Employee Central and Time Off
modules
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• SAP Infoporter
• SAP Data Services (BODS)
• SuccessFactors Admin Center (CSV Templates)
• SAP CPI / Integration Center
• ETL tools
• SAP Migration Cockpit tools and methodology
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, and scripting for data
transformation
Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy in HR systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central / Data Migration)
Experience with integrations to SAP ECC/S4HANA
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
