Detailed JD:
- Developing and designing courses and curriculum
- Having Good command on RoboHelp and Captivate tool
- Creating engaging learning content
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field
- Designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments
- Creating Web-based training (WBT) modules and storyboards
- Writing scripts for video and audio content
- Developing instructor's manuals and rubrics
- Doing Cross functional Coordination
- Collaborating with subject experts to develop course content
- Working with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's training needs
- Having Knowledge of Content Authoring and Instructional Design principles
- Setting instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Keeping current on best practices in instructional design
- Having Knowledge of Standard Quality Practices
- Having Knowledge of Rapid eLearning/ Content Authoring tools, Graphics/ Audio editing and screen capture tools
- Experience At least 3 years' experience in writing for a B2B audience
- Having good communication skills
