| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. Strong working knowledge of Asset Management in any of the following areas: ITAM, HAM, EAM, or SAM. Experience developing with ServiceNow REST APIs and integrating with third-party systems. Familiarity with scoped application development and custom business logic. Ability to execute clean, maintainable solutions based on provided architecture and functional specs. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA or CAD. Practical understanding of ITIL-based service delivery. Experience with Service Portal and custom UI components. |
