Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and architecture
• Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure across multiple domains and forests.
• Lead migration and consolidation projects involving AD and Azure AD.
• Manage Group Policies, OU structures, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AD-related issues including replication, authentication, and performance.
• Integrate AD with cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365, etc.) and third-party identity providers.
• Implement and maintain AD security best practices, including auditing, privileged access management, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with identity governance and regulatory requirements.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting and other tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Document architecture, processes, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, Kerberos, and SAML.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Client, and Certificate Services.
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, SSO, and MFA.
• Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSE) are a plus.
