Job Description:
Can Install configure Database, upgrade security patches Manage Database, Database access and permissions. Should know about managing multiple database environments and database backups. Can setup the replication between multiple sites. Understand client requirements and implement the system with proper impact analysis. Contribute in Change Request Development and Problem Request Resolution. Develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Postgre. Schedule jobs to automate different database related activities. Performance tune SQLs, application programs and instances. Develop SQL queries for ad hoc reports. Implement a well-designed stable system to achieve the desired system performance. Review of already implemented application components for continues system improvement.
