We are looking for open, eager to learn person with a strong sense of ownership who could own, contribute to, and develop C&I Outsourcing practices for IT Vendors.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and maintain continuity, exit plans for critical and important outsourcing (IT Suppliers).
• Maintain and improve processes, procedures, tools and templates related to continuity management of outsourcing partners.
• Train, advise and guide Service Owners in preparing relevant documentation, including Exit plans, Test reports, Recovery plans.
• Ensure exit plans, 3rd party continuity plans are exercised as per business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure precise and timely reporting C&I Outsourcing (IT Vendors) continuity metrics and KPIs.

Mandatory skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT service management
• 2+ years of experience in working with, managing 3rd parties. Experience in Supplier continuity management or exit planning would be an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in IT resilience management, IT Service Continuity, Supplier Continuity Management.
• Experience in managing C&I Outsourcing related documentation, processes, procedures and/or DORA knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
