Mobile Testing:

Job Title: QA Engineer - Email, Mobile Push, and SMS Testing

QA engineer to have 10+ years of overall experience (1+ years of exp in Cypress along with extensive Mobile testing experience)

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our digital communication channels, including email templates, mobile push notifications, and SMS messages. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cypress for automated testing and a strong understanding of mobile and SMS testing protocols.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for email templates, mobile push notifications, and SMS messages.

- Utilize Cypress for automated testing to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Test email templates across various email clients and devices for compatibility and responsiveness.

- Validate mobile push notifications on different devices and platforms to ensure proper functionality.

- Test SMS messages for accuracy, delivery, and formatting across multiple carriers.

- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for digital communications.

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving communication design and functionality.
