Job Description: 1. Reporting Development ImplementationDesign and build dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and time-series visualizations using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.Develop custom reports and widgets using Report Designer and VividCharts.Optimize existing reports for performance and usability.2. Data Strategy AnalyticsDefine and implement reporting strategies aligned with ITIL and service management best practices.Establish performance frameworks using KPIs, CSFs, and leadinglagging indicators.Translate complex data into actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.3. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business units, process owners, and delivery managers to gather reporting requirements.Conduct workshops and UAT sessions to validate reporting solutions.Ensure alignment of metrics with business goals and service objectives.4. Governance ComplianceMaintain documentation for metrics definitions, report logic, and data sources.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and internal governance policies.Support audits and operational reviews with accurate data artifacts.5. Continuous ImprovementMonitor report usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities.Enhance data quality, consistency, and automation in reporting processes.Provide training and documentation to empower self-service reporting.Required Skills QualificationsExperience 57 years in analyticsreporting, with 3 years in ServiceNow reporting.Tools Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Platform Analytics, Report Designer, and Dashboard Widgets.Knowledge Strong understanding of ITIL practices, service management KPIs, and ServiceNow data schema.Certifications (Preferred)ServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Performance Analytics CertificationITIL v4 Foundation or higherEducation Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.Soft Skills Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling abilities.
