o 5+ years' experience as UKG WFC/WFD/Pro WFM Consultant with at least 3+ years of UKG Boomi Integration Experience (with UKG Boomi enablement training (or) UKG Boomi Lab Certification from UKG as this is a requirement from UKG to develop any integrations).
o Designing, developing, and managing data pipelines.
o Provide subject matter expertise on UKG functional modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Integrations, Reports, Data views etc.
o Should have the ability to understand and handle UKG WFM functional requirements and configurations
o Collaborating closely with development teams.
o Build the actual Integration pipelines between UKG Pro/Central, Logile and Other
Designing and implementing functional and technical solutions.
Optimization and tuning.
Design and execute full software development life cycle
Write well-designed and testable code
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality
Work with a third-party team of developers
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with the latest features
