| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Developer - HRSD serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill. Job Functions: - Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.
- Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications including customer's HR system.
- Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes
Responsibilities: - Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions
- Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, and etc.
- Remain current with industry trends in order to advise, advocate, and implement solutions
Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
- Strong project management skills

| Role Description: - Lead and facilitate requirement workshops for service portfolio management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service management requirements.
- Guide the ServiceNow configuration decisions and identify additional required functionalities not available out-of-the-box.
- Summarize the requirement blueprint to get required approval from the stakeholders.
- Guide in building initial product backlog for the implementation.
- Help in estimating the cross-platform dependencies, data flow and governance for the master data.
- Help in identifying action plan for the better adoption of the product.
Key competency: - Proven experience in ServiceNow platform management, requirement workshops, and blueprint creation.
- Strong understanding of service portfolio management and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
