- Manage Azure KeyVault: secret creation and maintenance.
- Grant/revoke access to Azure resources.
- Maintain SharePoint folders and access controls.
- Setup, monitor, and maintain self-hosted agents for CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of self-hosted agents.
- Collaborate with DXC and Microsoft for platform-level issues - or patching.
- Configure and manage Snowflake network policies.
- Create MLOps users and manage access.
- Provision Snowflake warehouses and databases.
- Implement and manage Snowflake RBAC roles and access controls, including automation of role provisioning and access assignment.
- Handle Snowflake-related issues and access requests via ServiceNow.
- Develop new automations and process improvements.
- Provide user training and assistance with DevOps processes.
- Setup and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Manage containers, auto-scalability, storage, and DNS.
- Ensure high availability and performance of containerized environments.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for infrastructure and deployments.
- Maintain and optimize build and release pipelines.
- Perform PR checks: build success, branch naming, release tags, approvals.
- Manage build and release pipelines: monitor status, troubleshoot failures, validate deployments.
- Handle branch and PR creations: hotfixes, merges, conflict resolution.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux, networking, and security skills.
- Familiarity with GitHub & Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Snowflake administration and integration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Experience with log aggregation and analysis using Azure Log Analytics
