• Monitor and manage job schedulers, message monitors, work management, and job management on AS400.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM MQ concepts and integrations.
• Perform change management activities using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
