Job Title: Cisco DNAC SME – Network Automation & Assurance Specialist

Location: Bangalore Pune Noida

Job Type: Contract/Subcon

Experience Level: 7+ years in Enterprise Networking ( Level L3)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Cisco DNAC SME to lead the design, implementation, and support of network automation and assurance solutions using Cisco Digital Network Architecture Center (DNAC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco enterprise networking, automation frameworks, and network assurance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Cisco DNAC for network automation, provisioning, and assurance.
• Integrate DNAC with existing infrastructure including Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, and Client.
• Develop and maintain network automation workflows using DNAC APIs and templates.
• Monitor network health, performance, and compliance using DNAC analytics and assurance features.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues using DNAC telemetry and path trace tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DNAC capabilities with business and operational goals.
• Provide training and documentation for DNAC operations and best practices.
• Stay updated on Cisco DNAC roadmap and emerging features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC, including automation, assurance, and policy features.
• Deep understanding of Cisco enterprise networking (routing, switching, wireless).
• Experience with Cisco Client, SD-Access, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Python, and network automation tools.
• Familiarity with network telemetry, NetFlow, and SNMP.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or DevNet Professional are highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
