Requirement:

We're looking for a highly skilled EKS and DevOps Engineer with hands on experience to design, implement and manage AWS EKS infrastructure from the ground up. This role is critical for the organization's transition to containerized deployments and requires a deep understanding of AWS, Kubernetes and DevOps automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible and Groovy. Only candidates with proven expertise in setting up EKS environments from scratch and integrating them into enterprise workflows need to apply.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 6+ years of DevOps Exp with at least 3+ years of direct experience in setting up and managing AWS EKS environments from scratch.
• Prior experience involving Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure setup
• Demonstrable success in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines integrated with EKS.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments

Primary Skills:

• Kubernetes Mastery – Strong expertise in Kubernetes including deployments, services, ingress controllers, networking and experience with managing Kubernetes workloads using ConfigMaps, Secrets, Helm and RBAC.
• DevOps Tools – Proficiency in Jenkins pipeline scripting(Groovy) for CI/CD workflows with extensive experience in Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration having deep knowledge of Docker for containerization.

Scripting / Automation – Strong Scripting Skills in Python, Groovy and Bash to automate complex workflows. Script knowledge in creating Yaml files.

• AWS Expertise – Hands on Experience with AWS services(EC2,VPC,S3,IAM,Route 53, Cloud Watch, etc) and Proven track record of designing and deploying EKS environments from scratch
• Monitoring/Logging – Experience with setting up monitoring(Grafana,etc) and logging(ELK stack, CloudWatch Logs, etc) for production
