1) Product manager /Owner – Hyderabad :

SCGP - Lead the strategic delivery for IB Securities Settlement, ensuring alignment to over strategic Securities needs. Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions across Operations
trade life cycle , SBL activites ,
• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
• experience within working on UI/UX applications
• excellent SQL querying skills
• delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• excellent written and verbal communication across different management levels
• working knowledge of trade flows and its interactions within the regulatory space
• experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking
• Ideally experience as being a scrum master
