Experience in Jira Support resolving production & nonproduction issues. Experience in Jira application deployment. Knowledge of Java as programing language. Experience in developing dashboards for JIRA connect add-ons. Experience in configuration of custom fields.
Essential Skills:
The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for understanding the current process identifying gaps gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands. Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA Confluence and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customization. Create JIRA projects queries and reports. Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons configure custom fields support JIRA configurations.
Desirable Skills:
Design custom JIRA workflow for different issue types to assist in Automation of provisioning build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows. Developing JIRA templates complex JIRA workflows including project workflows screen schemes permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA. Responsible for maintenance administration upgrade and enhancements to JIRA Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization gather requirements to develop and deliver custom templates workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA Service Desk Confluence etc.) |
