Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Architect and implement on-prem AD DS solutions across multiple domains and forests.
Plan and execute upgrades of forest and domain functional levels in AD.
Design and optimize AD replication topology and site/subnet design.
Manage FSMO role placement, failover, and recovery.
Provide L3 support for escalated AD incidents and performance issues.
Replication failures, lingering objects, stale metadata.
Remediate Kerberos/NTLM vulnerabilities and strengthen authentication.
Write advanced PowerShell scripts for AD/Exchange administration and reporting.
Document AD processes, designs, and SOPs for operational handover.
Hands-on experience with AD monitoring and diagnostic tools (Repadmin, DCDiag, Netdom, Event Viewer).
Good understanding of Exchange environment
Users, groups and mailbox management in Office 365
Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to lead escalations under pressure.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proactive approach to security and infrastructure improvement
