Job Description: Key Responsibilities
1. Citizen Developer Academy Leadership
• Design and deliver structured training programs for internal employees to become certified citizen developers.
• Facilitate weekly coaching sessions, milestone reviews, and final project showcases such as the Projects Showcase and Graduation Session.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to participants, guiding them through ideation, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Track participant progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve the curriculum and delivery model.
2. Power Platform Environment Management
• Provision and configure Power Platform environments for internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring alignment with governance policies.
• Apply and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, including exception handling and documentation.
• Monitor environment usage, troubleshoot access issues, and coordinate with IT for license provisioning and capacity planning.
3. Technical Support & Escalation Handling
• Serve as the first line of support for Power Platform-related issues, including Power BI Premium capacity audits, SQL gateway errors, and Power Automate failures.
• Resolve platform incidents and service requests, often under tight timelines.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support self-service and reduce recurring issues.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with IT, R&D, and other business stakeholders to align low-code initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure platform usage adheres to regulatory and security standards.
• Engage with leadership to report on program impact and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or coaching technical and non-technical users.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, DLP policies, and environment lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
