Job Purpose
Responsible to meet the top and bottom-line target achievements for the product. Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders to achieve the business strategies for region.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
o Provide quality leads of Tata Group Employees through BTL, Digital Integration and worksite.
o Generate cross-Sell Business from Tata Group Co.s. for region & calendarized approach in on-site activities at offices of Tata Group Co.s
o Promote HL, HE, Insurance Cross-Sell Across Platforms
o Identify opportunities to engage and generate quality business from Tata Group Co.s
o Ownership of 'C.E.C' model - Create, Engage & Convert end to end
o Work on pre-approved / pre-qualified offers for TGE & Strategic initiatives to generate quality business from TGE
o Align with sales team and closely supervise conversion of each lead
o Driving Project to expand distribution with the support of Group Co.s. & engage Distribution channel of partner companies and identify opportunities to recruit maximum connectors.
o Own target for (a) no. of connectors recruited (b) disbursals (c) Activation and productivity of the connectors.
o Support Team in Driving & Achieving Insurance + VAS target
o Identify opportunities in driving Cross-Sell Campaigns
o Exploring new avenues of penetration through data science / BIU lead campaigns
o Generate Insurance Penetration (New + Renewals) for C.A.R Product in CF
o Assist for Retail Product Cross-Sell to CF Developer employees
Qualification : Graduate, Masters/ Postgraduate
