Job Description
The Manager - Strategic Manufacturing Projects is a handson role responsible for identifying, executing, and delivering costsaving and productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role works closely with plant teams and functional partners to translate costreduction opportunities into implemented solutions with measurable financial impact.
This position is executiondriven, with strong involvement in opportunity identification, data analysis, manufacturing site, procurement and supply chain level implementation, and tracking of realized savings.
Work Experience
- 3-4 years of handson experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or cost optimization roles
- Demonstrated experience executing and delivering costsaving or productivity improvement initiatives
- Experience working closely with plant operations or shopfloor teams
