Job title : Performance Engineer
Location : Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgoan
Duration : 12 months Job after that it is converted into full time.
Sector : FSS
Rate : Rs. 1080/hr

Job Description :

• Software engineering / performance engineering experience with microservices.

• Hands-on experience with gRPC (unary and streaming) and Protobuf.

• Strong experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes (deployments, Jobs, HPA).

• Practical experience using performance tools: ghz, Fortio, k6, or similar.

• Observability stack experience: Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Zipkin, logging (Loki/ELK).

• Solid profiling experience: pprof (Go), async-profiler/Flight Recorder for Java.

• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP, TLS, connection pooling), netem for latency simulation.

• Proficient in at least one language used in your stack Java/Python (Java preferred) with ability to write test harnesses and small tooling

• Experience automating performance tests into CI pipelines and storing artifact
