Job Purpose: This role leads business growth by managing B2C marketing, strategic partnerships, and budget. Oversees performance, ensures compliance, and builds a high-performing team while staying current with industry trends and digital advancements.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Work Experience (Range of years):
Minimum of 10-17 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably within the digital space.
Strategic Partnership Planning:
Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Budget Management:
Oversee the Business budget, ensuring effective allocation of funds to maximize business outcomes.
B2C Digital Marketing Management:
Manage B2C marketing across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email) to acquire new customers, build loyalty, and optimize spend-leverage data to personalize marketing and improve user experience.
Business Roadmap Development:
Create business roadmaps and work closely with teams of product and technology to deliver on the agreed timelines.
Customer experience:
Enhance customer experience to gain traction of users on Mobile application.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
Industry Trends :
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate performance of B2C application, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
Brand Positioning:
Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development:
Build a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and motivating a talented B2C team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
