- IGA Architecture: 10+ years with end-to-end Identity Governance programs; strong hands-on Saviynt development & deployment.
- Platforms & Directory: Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, directory services, and tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, Omada, Okta, One Identity.
- Integrations & Access Control: Experience integrating Workday/SuccessFactors/Fieldglass and designing third-party access governance.
- Cloud IAM: Strong in AWS/Azure/GCP IAM, IaaS/PaaS access models, and JIT access.
- M&A & Transformation: Experience in identity integration/migration during mergers & acquisitions.
- Security & Architecture: Knowledge of cybersecurity (CISSP/CISM) and enterprise architecture (TOGAF/Zachman/DoDAF) with strong stakeholder communication.
