Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) SME/Architect with deep hands-on expertise to support a large-scale Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformation program for a customer providing Data Center and Colocation Services. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow TNI module to manage end-to-end network and infrastructure inventory, enabling seamless fulfilment, provisioning, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow TNI Implementation

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) solutions.
• Define and maintain inventory models for:
  • Racks
  • Cages
  • Private Vaults
  • Cross-connects
  • Circuits
  • Network Devices
  • Customer Infrastructure Assets
• Create and maintain floor maps and upload layouts into the TNI platform.

Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation

• Support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes, including:
  • Sales
  • Order Management
  • Service Fulfilment
  • Provisioning
  • Billing
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure inventory capabilities align with operational processes.

Development & Configuration

• Configure workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • Script Includes
  • Catalog Items
  • Custom Applications
• Support inventory lifecycle automation and governance.

Integrations

• Build integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • IntegrationHub
• Integrate ServiceNow with:
  • OSS/BSS systems
  • Billing platforms
  • Monitoring tools
  • External inventory systems

Data Migration & Testing

• Support inventory data migration and onboarding into ServiceNow TNI.
• Participate in:
  • Agile ceremonies
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Deployment activities

Documentation

• Prepare:
  • Technical Design Documents
  • Solution Architecture Documents
  • Operational Runbooks
  • Knowledge Transfer materials

Management Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Establish inventory governance and lifecycle management practices.
• Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, fulfilment teams, and integration teams.
• Recommend scalable inventory management solutions supporting future business growth.
