Position Overview
Everpure is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Systems Analyst
(BSA) to support the Data Strategy & Governance (DS&G) team.
The DS&G team plays a central role in enabling operational excellence by managing enterprise
Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance frameworks across
domains. In this role, you will primarily support the Customer data domain (Accounts,
Contacts, Hierarchies) while contributing to broader MDM initiatives across other mastered
domains.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring
mastered data is accurate, consistent, and scalable across systems. This role requires strong
MDM expertise, customer data understanding, and SQL skills to analyze complex data
structures, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver scalable data solutions that support a
trusted enterprise-wide single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Document current-state ("as-is”) and design future-state ("to-be”) MDM processes
across domains, with emphasis on customer data lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to reduce data silos, eliminate manual workarounds, and
standardize processes.
Gather and document business and functional requirements for MDM enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

MDM Data Analysis & Insight Generation (Primary: Customer Domain)
Perform advanced SQL analysis on large-scale datasets (Snowflake environment).
Analyze customer master data (Accounts, Contacts, Hierarchies) and identify data
quality issues, duplication patterns, and gaps.
Support golden record creation, deduplication, and hierarchy management within
MDM.
Contribute to data analysis across other MDM domains (e.g., Product, Asset,
Location) as needed.
Provide actionable insights to improve data accuracy, usability, and reporting
consistency.

Data Quality & Governance (Cross-Domain, Customer-Focused)
Define and validate data quality rules across MDM domains, with priority on customer
data.
Partner with Data Quality teams to monitor and improve customer data health and
governance adherence.
Ensure alignment between business definitions (e.g., customer types, hierarchies)
and system implementation.
Support governance initiatives to maintain a consistent and trusted master data
foundation.

System Integration & Data Flow Management
Partner with IT and Engineering to ensure seamless data flow across MDM and
connected systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP).
Validate data transformations, matching/merging logic, and integration workflows.
Support cross-domain integration scenarios involving customer data and related entities
(e.g., assets, locations).

UAT & Change Validation
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MDM and data-related initiatives.
Validate customer data scenarios including account creation, merges, hierarchy
updates, and downstream propagation.

Ensure data accuracy and business rule compliance post-deployment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation
Act as a liaison between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations)
and technical teams.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions focused on customer data and cross-
domain dependencies.
Develop BRDs, functional specs, data mappings, and process documentation.
Ensure alignment between business intent and system design across MDM domains.

Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Systems
Analysis
Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred) with experience analyzing large datasets
Experience working with customer data domains (Accounts, Contacts, Hierarchies)
within an MDM ecosystem
Strong understanding of data quality, deduplication, and master data lifecycle
processes
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM and data solutions
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred
Experience with Reltio MDM or similar platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer data integrations
Exposure to additional MDM domains (Product, Asset, Supplier, Location)
Experience in Customer 360 or enterprise data unification initiatives
Experience in Enterprise Storage or Hardware industry
