About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain platform stability through operational support, including break-fix investigation and resolution for OneTrust configuration components (workflows, templates, automation rules, assessments, control rpofiles, risks,Attribute Manager issues, evidence tasks, and dashboards).
- Support user access, roles, and permissions, including user access provisioning and deprovisioning based on requests, access troubleshooting, permission-related issue resolution, and coordination with stakeholders/users for role-based access concerns.
- Support release monitoring and including review of OneTrust release notes, identification of potential impacts to existing solutions ,publication of release summaries, and coordination with Company-designated SMEs (mainly Cookie Consent, Data Privacy and ITRM) to support during upgrade activities and post-release validation.
- Provide operational support for GRC integrations, including health checks of existing API integrations
- Provide support for Cookie Compliance team, Privacy Management, enhancements to PIA/DPIA and ROPA, and break-fix investigation and resolution, Enterprise Policy Management, policy lifecycle activities such as closure and cancellation, in coordination with OneTrust Support. Services
